LAURIE BURROWS GRAD STARTS TWO NEW COLUMNS FOR EPICURUS.COM

Over my 35 year career in the food business, I have written five cookbooks, been a regular on five television shows, hosted my own television show, written for hundreds of food and travel publications, and have been plugged into the culinary community on all levels.

Many of you have read my articles in the Blog section covering a wide range of subjects.

In November 2011, I will launch two new columns.  One called “Laurie’s Kitchen,” will concentrate on cooking equipment. The second, “Laurie’s Library,” will focus on new cookbooks.  Occasionally, I will be writing recipes and travel pieces as well.

I hope to get feedback from you on what you want to hear about in the food community and will welcome contacts with your suggestions.
