There are so many innovative recipes but my favorites include: classic Spanish tortilla with roasted jalapeño pesto; rough-cut tuna nachos with avocado crema; seafood fra diavolo pasta with scallion vinaigrette; brick chicken with salsa verde; slow-roasted salmon with farro and greens; and Stephie B’s banana pudding.
