Recently, we had the opportunity to visit New York and see Spider-Man Turn of the Dark. There’s a reason it’s an award-winning musical extravaganza: it’s a great production!
New York is a city known around the world for its great theatrical productions, but without a doubt, Spider-Man is among its most spectacular. The high-flying aerial acrobatics, all of which are quite dramatic and exciting, simply add to the magic of a great score, incredible talent (on stage and off) as well as a simple, yet poignant story.
This may seem the sort of production you’d take children to see, and there are plenty of families in the audience. However, it’s too good to miss even if you’re visiting New York without children.
Performed in the renovated Foxwoods Theatre at 213 West 42nd Street, Spider-Man is ideally situated for an astounding evening, with great dining and other fun experiences within just a few blocks walk.
Spider-Man provides an evening’s entertainment that’s memorable, and simply not to be missed. It’s the quintessential way to ‘hang around’ New York!
