Whiskey Sauce for Bread Pudding

Serves: 1
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 pound butter or oleo
  • 3 eggs
  • whiskey to taste
  1. Melt butter. Add sugar, stir. Add eggs and whip. Bring just to boil. Turn off heat and add whiskey. When it hits the bottom of the pan it will sizzle but that won't hurt.
