Vinegar-Orange Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup dark rum
- 1 Cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 Cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 Cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoon Thai chili sauce
- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoons dry hot mustard
Instructions
- Reduce rum by half over medium heat. Then add the rest of ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
