  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 Cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • lettuce
  • 3/4 pound cubed oven roasted turkey
  • apple chunks, peeled and cored
  • Brioche rolls, or country bread
  1. Combine mayonnaise, celery, walnuts, and lemon juice. Add apple chunks and turkey.
  2. Layer lettuce, turkey Waldorf salad mixture between toasted slices of bread or a roll.
