Texas Brunch Torte
Recipe type: Brunch
Serves: 6
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs; beaten
  • 1/3 Cup milk
  • 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar; grated
  • 4 ounces can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 pound jack cheese; grated
  1. To eggs add flour, salt and milk; beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into a flat well-greased 8 x 12 inch Pyrex baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  3. Cut into small squares and serve hot.
