Teriyaki Grilling Sauce

Serves: 6
  • 2/3 Cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons dry, ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons onion, minced
  • 4 Tablespoons molasses
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  1. Put soy in a small bowl. whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion.
  2. Add molasses and stir well. Finally, add olive oil mix well, and immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. Add meat. Cover with remaining marinade. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate. Turn 4 times in 24 hours.
