Tartar Sauce
Recipe type: Accompaniments
Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large dill pickle, cut into pieces and minced
  • 1/4 small onion, minced
  • 1 large egg, hard boiled, quartered and minced
  • 1 Tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chives, snipped
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and blend thoroughly. Chill.

Serve tartar sauce with your favorite fish or shellfish.
