Cold Scrumptious Strawberry Soup could easily be served as a starter course or dessert in summertime. The choice is yours, but either way would be perfectly acceptable. Beautiful and delicious.
- 2 Cups strawberries
- 1/2 Cup yogurt, plain
- 1/2 Cup sugar (or 1/4 Cup honey)
- 1/2 Cup dry red wine
- 1 Cup strawberry halves
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender, except strawberry halves.
- Chill overnight. Garnish with strawberry halves. Serve chilled.
