- 1 standing rib roast
- coarsely ground pepper
- seasoned salt
- Krazy Jane's Mixed Up Salt
- meat thermometer
- Coat roast GENEROUSLY with spices. Place in a roasting pan with meat thermometer in center. Cook over indirect fire on outside grill with grill lid down. Open to check internal temperature at 30 minute intervals until thermometer registers desired degree of doneness.
- Be sure to check the roast in varying points as the ends will be done faster than the middle.
