Serves: 180 g (6 ounces)
- 50 g (2 ounces) butter
- 100 g (4 ounces) soft light brown sugar
- 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) rum
- In a bowl, cream the butter until soft, beating in the sugar gradually.
- When light and creamy, work in the rum, a little at a time.
- Chill before using.
