- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 3/4 Cup frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
- Combine together and pour into ice cube trays. Freeze.
- In food processor, crush ice cubes and spoon into cups or bowls to serve.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
If you have an ice shaver attachment for your mixer, use that in place of your food processor, but either way, results are fun for the kids, and with no added sugar, good for them.
