Raisin Filling

Serves: 1 batch
  • 1 Cup chopped raisins
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Combine raisins, sugar, lemon juice, and flour. Add water. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
