Radish Water Lilies

- Wash the radishes and cut off the stalks and the roots.
- Make 4-6 cuts from the root to the stem, taking care not to cut right through.
- Place in cold water (preferably iced) and leave until the radishes open out like lilies.
- Some radishes may be used with other vegetables to create more complex floral creations.
