  • radishes
Instructions
  1. Wash the radishes and cut off the stalks and the roots.
  2. Make 4-6 cuts from the root to the stem, taking care not to cut right through.
  3. Place in cold water (preferably iced) and leave until the radishes open out like lilies.
  4. Some radishes may be used with other vegetables to create more complex floral creations.
