Radish and Cilantro Relish

Serves: 6
  • 2 Cups radishes; thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup onion; chopped, medium
  • 3 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro; finely snipped
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper; freshly ground
  1. Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
