Quick Miso Soup

Serves: 1
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Cup red cabbage
  • Chinese egg noodles
  • 1/2 Cup cooked kernels of corn
  • miso paste to taste
  1. Put the water on to boil. Slice the carrot and cabbage finely, into long thin strips. Throw in.
  2. When the water boils, throw in the noodles. Add miso to taste. Stir. Throw in the corn. Eat.
