Portuguese Pork Tenderloin

Serves: 4
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 2/3 Cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  1. Season flour with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll tenderloin in seasoned
  2. flour. Saute pork in butter until golden brown. Add sliced onions and
  3. mushrooms. Saute for a minute or two. Add wine and rosemary. Cover and
  4. cook over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done. Add lemon juice and
  5. parsley just before serving.
