This delectable pineapple casserole is best served as a side dish with your weekend meal. Perfect with ham steaks, fresh ham or roast pork.

Pineapple Casserole
Recipe type: Casseroles
Serves: 10
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices cubed white bread
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Fold in crushed pineapple and bread.
  2. Bake in buttered bread pan at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
