Peanut Butter Milkshake

Serves: 1
  • 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • vanilla ice cream
  1. Fill a tall glass or mug with as much milk as you wish; pour into blender, and add the vanilla and peanut butter.
  2. Blend for 1 minute; open lid and add 2 scoops ice cream, then blend 1 minute more.
Variations: Try your favorite ice cream flavor; Substitute strawberry or other jam for the peanut butter; substitute fresh fruit - some raspberries or a banana - for the peanut butter.

Pour into wide mouth glasses and top with chopped unsalted peanuts or fresh berries.
