  • 1/2 pound butter, unsalted
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 2 Cups plain yogurt
  • 4 eggs, large
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 Cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • zest of 2 oranges
  • 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon allspice
  • Confectioners' sugar, as needed
  1. Cream butter and sugar in standing mixer.
  2. Beat in yogurt, eggs and vanilla.
  3. In separate mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, orange zest, cinnamon and allspice. In mixer, fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well incorporated.
  4. Pour ingredients into oiled Bundt pan; bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until tooth-pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on baking rack
  5. Turn Bundt pan over onto plate; sift Confectioners' sugar on top..
