Orange Garlic Butter
Recipe type: Appetizers
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons zested orange peel
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 medium cloves garlic
  1. Leave butter out until soft and whip until it turns white. Add remaining ingredients; set aside. Just before serving, place 1 TB orange garlic butter on top of stuffed romaine; melt.

Use as an appetizer; garnish with sliced blanched carrots in Grand Marnier.
