Mustard-Rosemary Marinade

Serves: 1
  • 1/2 Cup tarragon vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon dried rosemary, or
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 pepper - to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (it has a watery, pasty consistency). Marinate lamb, chicken, beef or whatever overnight. Then, meat can be grilled or whatever.
