Mustard Barbecue Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Brandy
  • 1 Cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon green peppercorns; crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon pink peppercorns; crushed
  1. Reduce brandy by half over medium heat. Then add the rest of ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
