Mocha Mousse

  • 2 Tablespoons ground espresso coffee
  • 1 1/3 Cups heavy cream
  • 12 ounces bitter chocolate
  1. Infuse the coffee into the cream. Melt the chocolate and mix well together. Allow to set.
