Malaysian Tea

Serves: 8
  • 8 Cups boiling water
  • 4 bags green tea or
  • 8 teaspoons loose green tea leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar or other sweetener
  1. Place all ingredients in a teapot and allow to steep for 2 minutes or to taste. Serve alone or with slivered almonds. Source: Vegetarian Journal Sep/Oct 1996
