Ingredients
  • 8 slices hearty rye bread
  • 8 Tablespoons deli mustard
  • 16 ounces corned beef, warm
  • 4 ounces sauerkraut, warm, drained
  • 4 ounces caramelized onion, warm
  • 8 Swiss cheese slices
Instructions
  1. To build sandwich, spread each slice with 1 Tablespoon mustard.
  2. Layer 4 ounces corned beef, 1 ounce sauerkraut, 1 ounce caramelized onion and 2 slices Swiss cheese inside sub roll.
  3. Place in oven or under broiler to melt cheese.
  4. Slice in half and serve immediately.
