Jamaican Turkey Burgers

Serves: 2 burgers
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 large patties.
  2. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
  3. Assemble with lettuce, red onion and mango salsa.
