Jamaican Cole Slaw

Serves: 8
  • 4 Cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup mayonaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon dry jerk seasoning
  1. Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Mix togethre the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and chill before serving.
