Prepared easily in a blender, this delicious dressing goes very well on salads or Antipasto.

Italian-Cheese Dressing
Recipe type: Salads and Dressings
Serves: 6 to 8
  • 1 1/3 Cups salad oil
  • 1/2 Cup vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 medium garlic clove; minced
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until combined. Chill before serving.
  2. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
