Hot Dungeness Crab Appetizer Dip

Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (14 ounce); non marinated
  • 1 can chopped green chilies (4 ounce)
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup cleaned Dungeness crab meat (to 2 Cups)
  • A few drops of Tabasco sauce
Instructions
  1. Chop artichokes and mix all other ingredients together. Bake in a 350 degree oven until bubbly, or heat in a small crock pot and serve with crackers.
Notes
June is a good month to put out a few crab rings or pots as you head for that favorite fishing spot. And even if you don't limit out on salmon, there's no better way to end a day than sitting around the back deck with friends or family to cooking, picking and eating fresh crab. Yummy!
