  • 1/3 Cup honey
  • 2 Cups light cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  1. Combine honey with 1 cup light cream. Beat in the rest of the light cream, the egg and the vanilla. Stir in the heavy cream. Chill and freeze in an ice-cream maker. Cover and store in the freezer for up to one week.
  2. Variations: Add 1 ripe mashed banana and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice or 1/2 cup chopped dates and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
