This simple and delicious marinade is ideal for grilled or barbecued meats or fish.

Herb and Oil Marinade

  • juice and rind of 1 orange
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • freshly ground pepper
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat in a shallow glass dish. Allow meat to marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Baste with marinade during broiling or barbequing.
