Grilled Plantains

  • 2 large plantains
  • cayenne to taste
  1. Cut plantains into fourths crosswise, then slice lengthwise to form rectangular pieces about 1/4-inch thick and about 2-inches long.
  2. Sprinkle with cayenne and grill or broil for about 6 minutes, or until just tender.
