Ingredients
  • corn on the cob (in husks)
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder
Instructions
  1. Pull back husks but leave attached.
  2. Remove and discard silk.
  3. Rub with butter, season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
  4. Reposition husks and tie with a stip of the outer husk. Place on grill turning several times, until outer husk is charred about 15 minutes.
Notes
Pull the husk off and remove as many of the silk threads as possible. Grill the corn until the niblets are just browning. The corn will be sweet and still juicy.

Serve with lime wedges and melted butter.
