Grandma Hitchcock's Mustard Sauce for Ham

Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Cup cream
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
Instructions
  1. In sm saucepan, whisk in order as listed. Cook over low heat until lightly thickened. Serve in gravy boat with a ham dinner. Stupendous.
