Fabaciae Virides et Baianae (Green and Baian Beans)

  • 500 grams soybeans with pod, or green beans
  • 50 milliliters Liquamen, or 1/2 teaspoon salt with
  • 50 milliliters wine
  • 1-2 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced coriander leaves (or 1/2 Tablespoon ground
  • coriander seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 minced branch of leek
  1. Cook beans with Liquamen, oil, leek and spices. Serve.
