  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Cups milk
  • 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  1. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Add ice-cold milk and cream. Beat with a rotary beater until frothy.
