Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons minced shallot or green onion
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon toasted whole mustard seed
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine or Champagne vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 Cup fruity olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  2. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
