Herb Butter for Seafood or Artichokes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon green scallions
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Melt butter over medium heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm.
  2. May be refrigerated and reheated when needed.
