Aunt Nellie's Pierogis - Ripe Plum Filling

  • plums
  • ground cinnamon
  • sugar
  1. Peel and stone plums. Fill cavities with mixture of 4 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon.
  2. Dip in more sugar.
  3. Cover with dough and seal edges with egg white.
  4. A dessert pierogi. Serve with whipped cream.
