Danish Meat Balls

Ingredients
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 Cup catsup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 dashes Tabasco
  • 1/2 green pepper (minced fine)
  • Sauce:
  • 3/4 Cup catsup
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 dashes Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions
  1. MEATBALLS: Mix well and form into balls the size of walnuts. Cook over low heat until done but not brown.
  2. SAUCE: Simmer approximately 20 minutes. Pour over meat balls.
