Chili con Carne

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups ground beef
  • 1 Cup onion; chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic; chopped finely
  • 2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/4 Cups condensed tomato soup; undiluted
  • 2 Cups kidney beans
  • 1 Tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Brown beef in hot pan, stir in onion, garlic, and chili powder.
  2. Cook, stirring often until onion is tender; add rest of ingredients; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
