Barbecued Squid with Hot Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds squid, cut into rings
  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 Tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons peanuts, finely chopped
  • 1 juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Cayenne to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
