Rum Butter

  • 50 g (2 ounces) butter
  • 100 g (4 ounces) soft light brown sugar
  • 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) rum
  1. In a bowl, cream the butter until soft, beating in the sugar gradually.
  2. When light and creamy, work in the rum, a little at a time.
  3. Chill before using.
