Deviled Bison Burgers

  • 1 pound ground bison or organic beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons catsup
  1. The beauty of this recipe is that accurate measuring can go out the window. Add more or less of the spicings that you like. Toss it all in and mix it up. Spread on bun halves and broil. Serve like a regular hamburger.
