Watkin Wynne Pudding (Welsh)

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces chopped suet
  • 2 ounces sugar
  • 4 ounces currants
  • 1 ounce peel
  • 1 egg
  • 4 pint milk
Instructions
  1. PWDIN WATCYN WYNNE
  2. Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add to the milk. Bind the pudding together with the liquid.
  3. Cover and boil for 3 hours.
