Trollies Blawd Ceirch

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pounds fine oatmeal
  • 2 ounces self raising flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 ounces suet
  • 2 ounces currants
Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients well together; then mix to a firm dough with water or milk.
  2. Make into trollies about the size of an egg and boil in any soup for 45 minutes.
  3. Delicious with boiled bacon.
