Caesar Mayo Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 1/2 Cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1-3/4 cups of dip.
