Lentilla Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups shredded lettuce
1/2 Cup chopped tomato
2 Tablespoons sliced scallions
2 Tablespoons salsa
2 Tablespoons low-fat sour cream
2 ounces cooked lentils
3/4 ounces shredded lowfat Cheddar cheese
1 6-inch flour tortilla, cut into 1/4 strips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing well to mix.
Notes
Makes 1 serving. Each serving provides 1 protein, 4 1/4 vegetables, 2 Breads, 20 optional calories.
